  If you find a property managed by this lot please do yourself a favour and find another property. iApproved are a joke! They were slack in organising trades to perform maintenance work at the property, rude in person and on the phone. There is no such thing as customer service with these people. They are rude and disgusting. NEVER AGAIN will we rent a property managed by these people.
